Pringles AG Plus gets behind local footy
Pringles Ag plus is giving back to local clubs this football and netball season.
The leading John Deere supplier in the Eyre Peninsula is supporting eighteen sporting clubs with a sponsorship program designed to help the clubs raise more money. “We’ve been supporting local clubs in the Eyre Peninsula for 50 years. This year we wanted to provide a more sustainable solution and so we’ve designed a sponsorship program which is a great way for the clubs to earn more dollars and also that gets the whole community and each individual club involved.”
Part of the raffle prize is a John Deere push lawn mower given to each club and to sweeten the pot, one lucky winner will walk away with a grand prize of $1,000. Each football club will draw a ticket at the end of the season to decide the winner of the John Deere mower and a second ticket will be drawn from each club and these tickets will be drawn live on 5CC on grand final day to determine the lucky $1,000 winner.
“We’re excited about this years’ sponsorship initiative because regional sporting clubs are an integral part of country life and there’s so many volunteers and people behind the scenes that work tirelessly throughout the season to ensure that the clubs remain viable,” said Rick DuBois, Managing Director. “Pringles Ag plus is celebrating 50 years this year and it’s a nice way for us to get behind the clubs and give a little bit more back”.
